New Year – New Creativity Goals – For 2019 It’s KDP

new creativity goals - it's KDPNew Year – New Creativity Goals – For 2019 It’s KDP

Well it’s a New Year and I’ve decided to set some new creativity goals. Last year I did a full year of Tshirt designs on Red Bubble. It was  long year and I managed to finish the challenge, even with my father’s passing right before Christmas (he’d expect nothing less of me). So this year I’ve decided for 2019 it’s KDP.

What is KDP? It stands for Kindle Direct Publishing. It’s a program via Amazon that allows self-publishing of paperback books (and ebooks).

In my case, it’s being used for low or no content journals and planners.

After doing my daily challenge for all of 2018, this year I thought I’d challenge myself in a much easier way (read: less pressure).

My goal is simply 25 journals live on KDP by the end of 2019. I am right on target with that one.

Currently I have four live.

Merch Conference Seattle 2018

For the last year or so, on various Merch groups that I am on, I’ve heard many people talking about KDP. When I was at the Merch Conference in Seattle last September, I met several people who were doing it and a lot of it. Many are doing very well at it.

It was recommended I check out Tangent Templates which is a super fast way to design these “interiors” for journals and planners.

I was also told to get in touch with Kelli Publish (the go-to gal for Self Publishing). Though I didn’t get to speak with her while in Seattle, I did reach out to her when I returned to Scotland, and have subsequently been watching many of her videos on Youtube (previous link) and via her Self Publishing Facebook group (with her husband Dale).

My First KDP Design – A Travel Journal

My Scotland Travel Journal - First KDP trial

I’ve personally been wanting to be able to create journals ever since I launched my website SYBD back in July of 2000.

KDP now affords me the opportunity to do them at no cost, except my time.

So I will still do that eventually, but I am easing myself into this year’s KDP challenge…

Recently I blogged on my personal site about my desire to travel every month in 2019. The aim is to go away for at least one night, every month, whether that’s near or far…

So it made sense that my first KDP journal upload was a travel journal using a picture I took on my first trip in Scotland in 2019. You can find this simple Scotland Travel Journal on Amazon UK here. (For the Amazon US version, click the picture of the cover).

How KDP Works

You create an interior or manuscript
It could be something as basic as lines (solid or dotted), quotes, days, dates or weeks planners, boxes for story boards, patterns of any kind or even blank pages.

You choose your size/dimensions/pages
I’ve now done 8.5″ x 11″ and my current project is 6″ x 9″. There a bunch of different options but be warned not all options work may be available in all markets (from what I’ve seen)

I just made a new square 8.5″ sketchbook.  It can be as big or small as you want – from their selection of sizes.

My first journal was around pages. My most recent day planner is massive and 366 pages. It is massive and suitable for a desktop but not really carrying around with  you all the time.

Once you have your manuscript all sorted, you upload your PDF
You need to upload your manuscript in a print-ready format. Bleed or no bleed, it’s your call.

You walk through their steps and hit publish…
Basically you have 3 pages of “things to do” in order to publish your book. You put your name, your author name, your keywords, you upload your manuscript, then a cover, set your royalties and hit submit. (Well there a few more steps in there). I’ll be honest with you, the first one I uploaded it took HOURS to get submitted and that was with a bit of help from a Highlands friend Leeanne. She was very patient with me, bless her.

Once you submit it, it takes about a day before Amazon manually approves your manuscript. Once they do it’s live in all the markets you wish to sell it in and you can buy it.

With my first one, I was so excited. I uploaded it Monday, it was approved Tuesday, I bought it as soon as it was and I received it Thursday morning. A day and a half to get to me. Not bad.

Creativity is Flowing

Each time I’ve uploaded a design, I’ve been asking myself how I could improve it. Better covers, better interiors, and so forth. The goal will ultimately to be designing my own interiors and exteriors using Canva but for now Tangent Templates is the quickest way to reach my monthly targets.

So far I am not very good at it and the only sales I have had are myself or my friends but hopefully in time that will change…

One of the designs I made was for small businesses and entrepreneurs, in the UK specifically. So I’d made it April to March – only to learn that technically the UK tax year is 6 April to 5 April. Who knew? Well you probably did but I didn’t. So I uploaded another version with the correct dates.

The beauty of KDP is that it doesn’t cost you anything but your time. That to me is why I love print on demand, full stop.

Cards, Cosmetics and Coffee

Thea's new coffee is launching soon - Cards, Cosmetics and Coffee

UPDATE 2018: Am no longer doing Cards or Coffee but am doing Tshirts and Cosmetic still.

As if there were not enough on my plate, I’m now adding yet another “C” into the repertoire with coffee. Now I’m officially a purveyor of Cards, Cosmetics and Coffee. While the first two are direct sales companies I run as little sidelines – the real focus going forward for the foreseeable future will be the coffee…So how do all of my businesses tie in with each other? Is there a method to my madness? I believe there is, read on and I will explain.

Why Coffee?

That’s a good question. It’s understandable to ask why I’d launch my own brand of coffee when I really don’t know that much about it. One reason is that Coffee is the the number one most consumed drink globally. It has proven to be a mood lifter and people who drink it are often very passionate about it. When launching a business, they tend to say that you should be passionate about your product or service, and even though I don’t drink coffee, I am.

Truth be known, it’s not really about the coffee for me. Coffee is simply the vehicle with which to channel my mission or message through.

It has actually occurred to me that my interest may be due to the fact that for my entire life, my dad has drank coffee as if it were his lifeblood. He is heavily involved in helping me for this company and at the time of typing these words is the only person, apart from my logo designer, who even knows the name of the company. But I digress.

Back to being on a mission…

What is My Purpose?

I believe my role in life is to change the way people think. No more so than on soyouvebeendumped.com where around 50,000 lovelorn men and women would visit from all four corners of the world every single month.

In addition to simply giving people a space to read and share stories, it’s also my intention to show these people that an ending is just the beginning.

These heartbroken people often need to be reminded that they are enough, regardless of how it may feel at the time. Someone may have chosen to walk away or they’re facing some emotional challenges but there will be a way to turn pain into gain. (Check out the video below).

For positive healing, one must make it their mission to find their gift in their challenging situation – no matter how bad or dark it may seem at the time.

Younique’s Mission

Strangely, or not as the case may be, Younique’s mission is to Uplift, Empower & Validate. That is one of the reasons that I actually joined Younique in 2014.

Their mission aligned with my own personal ethos, as well as that of So You’ve Been Dumped.

It all ties into this concept of making people feel better about themselves, because, in my experience, we all have some sort of issues about ourselves.

Most of us can feel not pretty enough, smart enough, successful enough, or what have you. This goes for men and women alike. Many of these limiting beliefs will be operating on a deep subconscious level and need to be reprogrammed. Here is where the coffee comes in.

My Coffee Mission

My new brand of coffee will follow similar principles to SYBD…it’s designed specifically to empower its drinkers.

So instead of taking a time out, they will be encouraged to take a time in. What do I mean by that? They’ll be urged to make their coffee, pause while they drink it, in order to check in to see how they’re feeling, note their thoughts, their energy, and take steps to shift it accordingly.

It’s an exciting concept. I can’t say too much this week, but maybe next week. I may even do my first Facebook Live. We’ll see.

Christmas is Coming

In the meantime, if you have any shopping to do, you can always check out my cosmetics on the Younique by Thea shop.

Thoughts on Trading on My 1-Year Phoenix Anniversary

One Year with Phoenix Trading

My 1-Year Phoenix Anniversary

My how time flies, when you’re having fun! This is just a post about my experience and simply some thoughts on my 1-Year Phoenix Anniversary. It’s actually a bit about direct sales in general too.

If you’re interested in joining Phoenix, you can also read my post on Why I Joined Phoenix  here.

It’s been a fairly interesting year as a Phoenix Trader. Like any business at all, there have been things I’ve liked and things I’ve not liked so much.

Here on Glatitude, I try to blog transparently as possible (without dissing either of my parent companies – Phoenix and Younique, of course).

Some Areas for Improvement

Phoenix Trading is and English company that is over twenty years old. It was started by three women who shared a vision of starting a home-based business selling a product that they loved—greeting cards!

Starting in the more traditional off-line tradition has meant that there were some areas in the digital sense that I found lacking when I joined Phoenix a year ago today.

I have only placed a handful of orders in the past year, and managed to have difficulties in 50% of them. Not good!

Sometimes I thought the order had gone through only to wake up and learn it hadn’t. One time, at the end of the month, it even meant my missing out on a bonus I was entitled to! (My dear upline actually ended up paying to me herself because she felt bad!)

Another thing that irked me was that the website wasn’t mobile-friendly. It was just generally a bit clunky in my opinion. Let me also point out I began building websites the same year they launched this business! 1995….So I do know a thing or two about websites, design and user experience…

I am pleased to report though that the website is now better optimised after its recent re-launch. Hooray!

Autoships & Memberships

I guess I’ve been a bit spoiled by Younique and its one time only join fee (where you get a huge stash of makeup in a Presenter kit)…and its free website, for life! Love that.

With Phoenix you have to both pay for a website (once) and pay for membership (annually). That just seems to be a dated method in my opinion…

Well as I say it’s not my preference, but also not such an ordeal that I wouldn’t consider renewing and it’s that time today….

Time to Renew My Phoenix Business

This morning I woke up to read an email from Phoenix reminding me that it’s time to renew as a “Trader”. When I joined, I made a pretty big blunder of a mistake and I signed up for the £200 pound joining package.

It meant I got loads of extra cards just in time for Christmas, but it was way, way, way surplus to my requirements to be sure.

Now though you can join for £75 or £35 – which is miles better in my opinion. Looking back I’d have opted to join for the middle one I suspect and I’d not have “lost money” on joining at the two hundred pound price point! My aforementioned upline did try to warn me but I was having none of it.

Todays Renewal Email

So the email today read:

Now is the time for you to renew your commitment to operate as a Phoenix Trader.

It is a simple process which involves you paying your annual renewal fee of £12.00 (UK), €14.40 (FR), $15.00 (AU) or $18.00 (NZ).

That’s fair enough. Those rates aren’t cost prohibitive so of course I’ll be renewing.

Plus, I already have an order to put through for my friend Cathie, a few people have said they’d like a few things, so that’s no problem.
Christmas is Coming - Now taking orders
It’s the start of the Christmas period and now somewhat exciting, it’s FREE shipping until the end of October so it’s a perfect time to shop!

Younique FAQs – Questions about Joining, PRS & Being Paid

UPDATED 2020: Am currently still a presenter but not marketing the products or actively sponsoring any longer. If you need a hands-off sponsor then I’m your gal.

More Younique FAQs – Questions about Joining, PRS & Being Paid

Questions about Younique - joining, PRS, commissions, paying presenters

If you were searching for more information about Younique, joining the family, how it works, how you earn money, and how you’re paid, then you’ve come to the right place. This is a follow on, (with some overlap), of two previous posts 5 FAQs About Joining Younique – Part 1 and More FAQs about Younique – Part 2.

Joining Younique: How to join, find/choose a sponsor

How to Join Younique

  • Q: “How to Become a Younique Presenter” (AKA “How to Join Younique”)

To join Younique, you need to first locate a sponsor to sign up under. There is a recent post which may help you in how to go about how to find a  Younique sponsor. There are a few things to consider on that score, so it’s worth a read to determine which Younique sponsor to choose for you.

Also, just as an aside, you generally don’t need to contact the sponsor first. I’ve had a handful of my last ten or so recruits who just signed up without even speaking to me. If they’re lead to join my team, then I am most happy to have them!

I suspect any Younique presenter would feel much the same.

Worth nothing though: You can’t change Younique sponsor once you’ve joined so do take a moment to monitor them online – and if you do have some questions email before signing up. I have had at least half a dozen emails this year already from people saying they’re not happy with their sponsor but really the sponsor won’t make or break you if you’re determined to work Younique as a business. Read that article to see what I mean by that!

  • Q: “If I join Younique, will an agent ring me?”

Probably not. They might. I have run someone who’s joined my team but mostly I email straight away (as soon as possible) to welcome them and give them my details should they wish to speak before embarking on their Younique journey. But no, generally it’s not done by phone. Besides I have recruits signing up from the UK, US, Australia and have had Canada. So your sponsor can be anywhere – not necessarily in the country you’re in so email tends to work well.

That all being said, if it were my team the person wanted to join and they asked if I could ring them, then I most certainly would!

  • Q: “How old do you have to be to sell Younique?”

From the handbook section 7.3 – Sponsoring

“As a Younique Presenter, you have the right to sponsor and enroll others into Younique by helping them successfully complete the Presenter Registration Form, as outlined in Section 3, “Becoming a Younique Presenter.” You may not recruit or enroll an individual who is recognized as a minor in his or her country, state, or province of residence. Additionally, to enroll as a Younique Presenter, an individual must be at least eighteen (18) years of age, regardless of whether he or she has reached the age of majority or is considered to be an adult under his or her local Law at an age earlier than eighteen (18).”

With this in mind, Presenters may not join until they are 18 years of age. In addition, an individual who is 18 or older may not join using his or her information for an underage individual and later transfer the account to that person once they reach the age of 18.

Younique Questions about Money:
How much you get paid, how you get paid, commissions, royalties

Now we’re getting into the exciting bit, the bit that you’re probably most curious about.

I know that I was!

How does younique pay presenters?

“How does Younique pay its presenters?”

One of the best bits about Younique is that from the moment you sign up and place an order (through one of your own party links), you receive 20% commission immediately. That’s all of your sales as well as anyone else who shops through your site.

Three hours later you get paid into a Payquicker account.

One person asked what sort of discount Younique gets, expecting it to be on items in their shopping cart, but that’s now how it works. You receive your commissions three hours after paying the full price for the products.

You don’t buy discounted makeup!

I recently did a blog about Younique presenter levels and commission which I would urge you to read to understand more fully. Younique presenters all start at 20% commission and rise up to 30% from Green level onwards. (Read that post which talks about each stage)

  • Q: “How does the Younique MasterCard work?”

Again this is a question that will have been previously asked and answered, but essentially, you get all commissions paid into your PayQuicker account and once you reach 50 PRS*, your card will automatically be sent out to you. (*PRS stands for Personal Retail Sales – and generally equates to one dollar. More on that below).

The Younique card is a MasterCard so you can spend it in a variety of ways:

  • grab coffees, treats, or meals out with it
  • pick up your groceries
  • fill up your petrol/gas tank
  • buy your train, subway or bus pass
  • pay bills
  • shop online

You can also download funds right into your bank account, which I did for a year, but now I’d personally not recommend doing that – as you get charged quite a hefty fee for doing that (which seems a bit bonkers to me but that’s PayQuicker’s prerogative).

  • Q “Can I make money with Younique?” (UK) (Also known as: “How much income do you make as a new Younique presenter?”)

Sorry lovelies, we are not allowed to talk about numbers and figures unfortunately. Besides, it’s all going to depend on what you sell!

Remember you start by earning 20% on everything from the moment you sign up. Once you’ve achieved Yellow status (e.g. 1000 PRS which is around £700 pounds) you’ll go up to 25%. I achieved Yellow in the first month or so.

Since I joined Younique, I’ve done “really good” some months, “pretty good” other months, and on some I’ve made nothing!

Will you make money straight away? Profit? Probably not. I really doubt it (just being honest here). I mean you might, some sure do, but in my personal experience (and that of my team) it’s a slow burn.

In short, I’d not recommend signing up only for the money. But if you want to sign up for that, discounted makeup, making new friends and learning loads every single day (about makeup, owning your own business, marketing, and yourself) then this is for sure a good option!

That’s about all I can really say on that score! But you can read more about my experience in My Year in Younique to get the low down on how it’s really been for me!
What is Younique PRS?

  • Q. “How does Younique PRS Work?” (aka How much Younique do you have to sell to make 125 PRS?”)

Once again PRS stands for “Personal Retail Sales” with Younique. 125 is what you, as a Younique presenter, need to sell to remain active – every 90 days.

As I said, PRS really is just based on US dollars, so that 125 is about 5 mascaras’ worth. (4.5  really but you can’t sell four and a half mascaras – so aim for 5!)

Personally I aim, and suggest my team does too, to do that every single month (even double that) – but really you only have to do that on a rolling three-month cycle.

I’ve heard some past presenters whine “it’s hard” because other presenters have started up in their town, village, area, whatever, but to my mind, that’s what makes it hard. Thinking it’s hard. There are dozens of presenters here in the Central Belt of Scotland (and in the Bay Area when I am home in California) and I never stop to think about them.

Heck, I sold 2 mascaras* alone this week – simply by having them with me in my bag! So it’s not really rocket science. Also sold a Splurge Cream Eye Shadow too – so this has been a great week (in addition to a few sales on my website).

Note*: Though all you ever have to buy in Younique is your own kit, I do tend to recommend that people have some 3D lashes on hand (3-5 minimum), if not in your hand bag, then at home. Not all of my team members opt to do that, but I would recommend they did!

Younique FAQs Summary

Well that about wraps up another of my Younique FAQs post for you. There are dozens of questions each week that are coming in which I try to address here as often as possible.

If you need a sponsor, and have any  more questions still, then please feel free to reach out to me (3Dlashes (at) youniquebythea.com). Or if you’re ready to join my team just click on the big green box below.
#JoinetheAteam - Younique by Thea

You can contact me first – or just join my team – either way’s 100% fine! If you’re led to join my team then I’d love to have you!

If you do want to join Younique but don’t fancy my team – here is some advice on How to Find a Younique Sponsor – with some things to look out for before signing.

Finally, if you already have joined Younique and  have questions, your first port of call should be your sponsor or upline.

Failing that, I will try to help you if I can…but really my energy has to be focused on my own team as a priority. That makes sense, right?

Thanks for reading. Any questions, please reach out and I will try to help.

My Week in Younique – Almost Valentine’s Day

Another week has come and gone, we’re only a week away from Valentine’s Day, so it’s time for me to update you all on “My Week in Younique” once more. As I type the Super Bowl (50) is on. I am not a football fan so I’m blogging instead.

It’s been a fabulous February so far! We’ve had a successful launch in France. Am already halfway to Pink thanks to my team of rock stars who are totally killing it. And I’ve a Valentine’s Day offer that may be of interest to some of you.

Annabelle’s Birthday

Today’s Annabelle’s birthday. She’s one of my most recent recruits. She celebrated in style with family and friends and most awesome “Makeup” cake I’ve ever seen. Anyway, I want to wish her a very “Happy Birthday” here on my blog (I’ve already done so on Twitter this morning)

Please do follow her.She does such natural makeup tutorials. She’s got a very lovely Younique way. So very pleased to have her on my team!

Bonjour France

So we’re one week into our French launch which is super exciting. The tripled digits club filled up super fast…Much faster than Germany’s did anyway. That’s an incredible start to the launch in the region. If you’re in France, and you’d like to sign up as a Younique presenter, you’d be most welcome to #jointheAteam!

There are some rumours circulating about some new products coming our way in March. Very excited about March but let’s enjoy February first, shall we?

My Week in Younique – Hello February, Allo France

My Week in Younique – by Thea

Here we are, it’s just two minutes until February now, and so time to share another My Week in Younique! As we leave January behind (praise Buddha), we kick off another month and launch in another country – France! This post sees three lovely additions to my team. Let’s wrap Jan before we talk about Feb!

Younique January Blues

January was dismal, I’ll be honest with you. There were no sales and no recruits for me – the whole month until this weekend. At least I got a last minute mascara sale in, but that was it! Ugh!

I know I shouldn’t admit to such things but sometimes Younique is like that. Heck, sometimes life is like that. Highs and Lows. Ebb and Flow. January was just low, end of story. Not just for me but many of my team mates too. Few of us did anything this month. Newcomer Annabelle rocked it right out of the ballpark. You should totally check out Annabelle’s videos on her FB group as she’s fantastic!

Yesterday, Saturday, I a lovely person called Sharon joined the team. I’d had several equiries this week about joining younique so it was great one finally did. Then later in the afternoon another joined – Jay in the USA. Later that night while I was out at the movies a third person joined the team – Gillian just outside Glasgow. So three is in fact a charm and my personal best for Younique recruits! I celebrated by writing a blog last night “How to Find a Younique Sponsor” which may prove helpful to some!

Welcome to #theAteam - Sharon, Jay and Gillian - Younique by Thea

Anyway so yes, January was less than stellar for myself and the Ateam…but it sure ended on a high note.

Fab February France – Bonjour

Younique France - Launch Fevrier 1, 2016So again, as I said previously, we launch in France in a matter of hours. Tout le monde semble très excité! j’espere trouver beaucoup de gens se joindre à moi – avec Younique.

Well OK, so my French is a tad rusty. I’ll work on that and go back to English for now.

I’m hoping to have some lovely makeup lover to #jointheAteam soon – and for an excuse to pop back over there later this year. Any excuse, right?

Younique Customer Kudos for Feb

You can tell that I am very excited about February. In the morning we will find out what this months customer kudos will be. Last year it was awesome. It had a super cute pink bag, with some 3D Fiber Lashes, a lip gloss and eye liner too – bundled.  I just pray that this year’s will be just as good if not better. Personally speaking, the January Kudos left a little to be desired. Eye Lash Curler? Cute as it may be, and good as it may work, it was a bit “Meh” – too hard to excited over. February will definitely top that one, right? Ask me in nine hours.

Oh and it’s a Leap Year, so apart from the obvious advantage or being able to propose to your guy, as it’s a bit longer there is an increased sales potential!

Nearly there - 10,000 PRS with Younique - Charm

Speaking of sales, my goal over the next month is to hit the 10,000 PRS – so I can earn another charm for my collection!

Then my next goal after that is to hit Green Status Elite – which feels a little impossible right now, to be honest, but surely it must be doable, as many before me have done it! So Green it is!

MWY Summary!

So that’s about it. My team update (welcoming three new recruits), the Younique France update (just hours away), my Younique goals at the moment,….and a brand new Fab Feb France Foundation and Fun party to kick of the month! Hope it’s a great one! I gotta get some sleep and when i wake up – it’s a new month with a new customer kudos and new territory! Brilliant!

PS: If you’re interested in finding more about my journey in Younique the please check out the archive of My Week in Younique (all posts to date!)

My Week in Younique – Some October News

Well I am behind on the My Week in Younique updates, I know, so I thought I better write an update. Also for those who have been following along with MWY, the good news is that I’m just a few weeks away from my one-year anniversary, and I will be doing a very special blog on my Younique journey – one year in. So watch out for that.

September Accomplishments!

What an exciting month September was! Though my own personal sales were half of what they were in August, my company’s sales were more than double – so that’s rather cool. In any event, I managed to hit pink (for only the second time in a year)!

Today, as the new months begins, we start fresh with a handful of ladies who’ve joined my company in the past week alone (three lovelies have joined me, one has joined Karen’s team, and one for Lucy too).

Lucy’s recruit, in the final minutes of September, qualified her as the first one in my company to reach Fast Start. We, #theAteam, as a group, were all so proud of Lucy for achieving her goal. She worked so hard and now gets a sweet charm and a Y-cash bonus to spend on heaps of makeup as she sees fit. I was so excited to splurge when I reached it myself in December. Not only that but Kelly now joins me as Pink. These two have been putting me to shame for the past few months so I better step up my game!

In other good news, we filled the triple digits club in seven hours – unlike Germany which took weeks to fill!

Younique News This Week

There are some big Younique changes happening – particularly for us here in the UK…Buy new 3D Fiber Lashes+ from Younique by Thea

1) The NFR Limits are Now Lifted!!

Now that the “Not for Resale” (NFR) limits have lifted, we’re able to “Cash & Carry” our 3D Fiber Lashes (or any Younique products) now! FYI I currently have half a dozen sets in stock, so please message me (or comment below) if you want one. You can also call me to discuss on 0141 416 1492. (Remember if yo do order anything from me direct, you get a free greeting card of your choice from the cards that are found here)

2) Exciting: Shipping Costs Lowered

So pleased to announce that though the shipping fee of £6.95 remains active now you qualify for FREE SHIPPING by spending less on Younique products. The new rate to reach FREE shipping is now anything over £75.00. How awesome is that?

Incidentally, according to the support desk this afternoon, “Mexican shipping has also changed. $1-$2,499 MXN will cost $75 to ship Anything above that is free.”

3) Younique Shipping Time

Some of the team members have noticed that their orders are shipping faster. I had two, 3D mascara UK orders last month which were ordered just one day apart, and there was a strange situation whereby the second order got to the UK faster than the first!

In any event, am so glad they’re getting those UK orders here faster. We eagerly await at Younique European hub to improve it even more! I ordered the Cloud 9 collection for myself on September 30th which features all six of our new Younique products – plus a 3D Fiber Lashes mascara too – so I can’t wait for that to arrive! Thanks for stopping by.

October Kudos

I’ve fallen behind in my Splurge purchases and need to get the most recent three so it’s most handy that this month it’s an opportunity to buy them on special offer in the Kudos here.

My Year in Younique

Well that’s it for another My Week in Younique update. As I said earlier, I’m working on a very transparent blog post about my year as a Younique presenter and sponsor. It’s going to be a good one (if I do say so myself).
