My Week in Younique – Spring it On

Well, I could have sworn I’d already written this blog, or at least some notes onto my phone or iPod when traveling, but I can’t seem to find it anywhere.

It will be a fairly quick “bumper edition” as I’ve not done “My Week in Younique” for two weeks now. Sometimes life gets in the way…My apologies.

New Team Mates to Welcome

#jointheAteam - Younique by Thea - Welcome JilIn the last My Week in Younique  update I welcomed Jo to the team. She immediately had gone on to qualify as an official White Status presenter within 48 hours.

That’s mighty impressive (considering some of my team mates have yet to get a single sale on the board!)

Now I need to welcome Jill. She joined through this very blog (I think) late in the evening – much to my joy. I am rather hoping she will take after Jo in terms of sales.

No pressure though, Jill. Ha! Welcome Jill to #theAteam. Glad to have you aboard.

Earlier this morning, I had my first comment from someone in Germany. I would love to sponsor German recruits so if anyone is in Germany in search of a Younique sponsor, then let’s talk.

Younique launches in Mexico first then Germany later in the year. I’m on the lookout for wannabe Younique presenters in both countries now!

Last Sales for March!

Younique is a dangerous business. I suppose it’s the same for other cosmetics type companies. This is why I blogged “If you Love Makeup Don’t Become a Younique Presenter”. Frankly, the last thing I should have done today, was buy more makeup, but I couldn’t resist. I had to do it.

While putting through an order for some friends and clients I just slipped mine in. (2 Lip Stains – if you’re curious...).

I was out walking with a friend at the weekend. We just kicked off the #5x50chal. She used to do Avon. I asked her why she stopped and she said because she was spending all her commissions on makeup. I nodded, silently, knowingly. It’s true. I’ve been a bit guilty of that too.

Party Confusion – Frustrating

Host a Younique Party - Younique By TheaIn the spirit of honesty and transparency, I am going to share one of my biggest complains about Younique, personally…

It’s the confusion surrounding the virtual parties…I really do think that a lot of people I speak to still don’t understand the virtual party concept. I am not sure I can clear it up for them.

Twice now, it’s happened, where friends have bought through my own site (which is good of course) instead of using either my party link or the link I created for them.

Once it happens, they have a support document saying how to “attach it to a party” – but frankly, I don’t believe it works. Or it’s not idiot proof enough…

Think I need to have words with the co-founder Derek. I could probably teach him a thing or two (given I started building websites 20 years ago this summer…

So anyway, last night my lovely friend Han went and spent over £100 in products for herself and her daughter, and didn’t use the “party link” I’d created for her. (Oops).

I immediately tried to contact support.

They said she had to do it.

I wrote to them on her behalf (using her email address).

They sent the non-sense email with instructions (like the above document) – and 24 hours later – we’re no further forward.

At this point, I don’t think Han can be bothered to sort it….and I’m frustrated because it means we’ve both lost out on the “Party Perks”. (If she didn’t want them, I would have had them quite happily…)

Ok sure, I got the commission, of course. Thankfully. That was both great and needed today – as the new month begins tomorrow.

She managed to get her £8 Y-cash March Kudos (for spending over £60) which is something…But we both did lose out on half-priced and FREE items from that sale of over one hundred pounds. Boo!

Splurge for Dainty

Oh well I currently have almost £80 in y-cash so it’s not like I am desperate. Might have to Splurge for Dainty. It’s out tomorrow. I love Elegant which I have already. I already have one order for Dainty. Anyone else want it too?

Splurge Cream Eye Shadow - New for April it's Dainty

Get More from Your Moodstruck Mineral Pigment PowdersGet More from Your Moodstruck Mineral Pigment Powders (Now Called Pressed Shadows)

NOTE: In the Summer of 2017, these pigments were phased out, and new sort of replacement product was launched: Moodstruck Pressed Shadow Quad Palette  (Single options available too, link below)

Do you love all natural make up and beauty products? Are you always looking for new ways to enhance your face, your skin, your hair or your look? Then these Moodstruck Mineral Pigment Powders are just for you!!

[NOTE: All the tips here should work with the Moodstruck Minerals Pressed Blusher.]

4pigmentset

I recently took advantage of the low set price on the 4 Moodstruck Mineral Pigments before they returned to their normal price. You see, there had been a typo in our last catalog – which Younique honoured (£27/$35) until the new catalog came out at the beginning of March. So anyway – we have 32 colours in all – half are in matte and half shimmer. You can mix the Moodstruck Mineral Pigment Powders to make them darker or lighter, or make up your own different shades, by combining the different powders.

Why not have a bit of fun with them? The world is your oyster here people!

I already had five and then added 4 more (8 pictured here). Can’t wait until I have all 32 myself! (ED NOTE: You can see why I say “If you love makeup, don’t become a Younique presenter eh?)

So, apart from the obvious, intended eye shadow application, what else can you do these all natural pigment powders? Well, lots, actually. In fact, I don’t know if I have ever known a more versatile makeup product in my life, and I keep hearing of new and innovative things people are doing with them. Here are a few suggestions.

Wear Pigments Wet or Dry

For many weeks, when I first received my powders, I just wore them as your basic dry eye shadows. Many of the shades I have chosen go on quite light.Moodstruck Mineral Pigment Powders

Later as I began to experiment making them wet. At first I started to use just normal tap water, and then eventually, once I bought it, I starting using our Refreshed Rose Water (now called Royalty Rose Water Toning Spritz. It makes a super nice eye liner when it’s wet…Especially when combined with the liner  shader brush (which I do recommend you getting).

I’m definitely using the pigments that way more often. Plus if you wanted, you can wear them wet AND dry on different parts of your eye (e.g. wet as under eye liner and dry on the lid itself). Experiment to see what works best for you.

I’ve watched several videos – both tutorials and reviews – on using them both ways. Here’s one that I thought was pretty good – that may help you if you want to experiment a little!

You can also add pigments to your 3D Fiber Lash Mascara and make your eyes pop with colour as well as volume!
Here’s a video about making the 3D lashes brown. These pigments are perfect to experiment with.

pigments2Apply Them to you Face & Lips

The truly revolutionary thing about these Moodstruck Mineral Pigment Powders, to me, is that they can be used elsewhere on your face too. Put some on your cheeks or use them for contouring.

Because they’re naturally based crushed mineral pigments, they can be safely applied to you lips as well.
(Note: The Moodstruck Mineral Pigments contain extracts and amino acids from palm trees, coconuts and contain things like vitamin E and Zinc Oxide. See the full ingredients on this page.)
I quite like to put a little on my lips mixed with one of my glosses (either one of my coloured lip glosses like Loveable, or else I use the clear gloss called Loyal across the top).
You can use as more of a Lip Stick if you want too – simply apply over the top of your lip balm or vaseline. Here’s a decent video that shows a few different colours of the pigment powders being used as a lip stick.

Brighten Up Your Hair with Pigment Powders

Thea weariing Moodstruck Mineral Pigments as hair chalkThe pigment powders can not only add colour to your face but also to your hair. Yes, really. Across Youtube you can find lots of videos of people experimenting with different examples of using the pigments as hair chalk. It’s not a look I’ve ever tried, but I will certainly give it a whirl soon…Will share photos once I do! For now you can watch this video to see how it’s done!Update: I tried it today  – adding a bit of pink to a section of hair. (See my photo).
On a few of the videos I’ve seen soon far, people have wet the hair first with regular tap water, Rose Water or our Glorious Primer…so choose whatever works best for you. (Here’s one video showing mineral pigment chalk on her kid’s hair). Then they applied the minerals – usually just using a brush. Some applied laying the hair out onto a flat surface – using wax paper (or the like) underneath it, and painting it on — but that’s only going to work for those of you who have long hair. (I don’t…)
Finally, some creative types I’ve watched, have then recommend that you use a hair straightener (or perhaps curling iron) to “seal” the pigments into the hair. That seems like it would make sense. It comes out with shampoo on your next wash so feel free to go to town…add a splash of colour or make it a rainbow – the choice is yours!

Nailed it!

As if the eyes, lips, cheeks, and hair weren’t enough, you can also use the pigments as nail colouring – simply mix with a clear or light coloured varnish. A little will go a long way here. If you have a search through Youtube you can find a number of videos of people using the Pigment powders as nail varnish. Some have even used 2 colours to get an Ombre look! It’s definitely something I’m going to try! Will let you know how my results are once I’ve mastered it.

Go Get Creative

Moodstruck Pressed Shadow Single Compact

Well, that’s all for another day. Hope it’s given you a bit of inspiration of things you can do with your Moodstruck Mineral Pigment Powders. You can check out the Moodstruck Pressed Shadow Single Compact range here.
I can’t wait until I get all 32 myself!

My Week in Younique – Team Talk

Getting exciting here! Spring is in the air, and we’re starting to see some real sales on the board for March…Other than that, there’s not a lot to update you all this week, so this will be a short blog. Well by my standards anyway.

Welcome Jo!

Welcome Jo - The most recent person to #jointheAteamThere’s one new member Jo who signed up one day and officially qualified one day later. It was a brilliant-sized first order which, frankly, has put the rest of the team to shame (including me).

Rather interestingly, I’ve not met Jo or even spoken to Jo thus far, but am pleased to report that she found me via the web when looking for a Younique Sponsor, and that’s something that pleases me no end! (We have had an email exchange, don’t worry.)

Anyway, am not sure what Jo does for a living or how she managed it but her first order will definitely motivate me to work a little harder at getting some sales in, as I am in 2nd place for the first time ever on my own team (for March).

On quick glance to the leader board – she’s sold double what I have for the month so far, so I guess I better get my finger out and get going! Ha! It’s great that this blog does get me a few 3D Fiber Lash mascara sales on a regular basis. (ED NOTE: Always make sure you buy Real 3D Fiber Lashes and don’t be tempted to buy from cheap Amazon or Ebay sellers. It’s not worth it in the long run!)

It would be wonderful if she’d do that sort of business every week, and if I could find four more just like her! But history has shown me to not get too excited by early Younique sales! Some of my team mates have absolutely rocked it out of the ballpark – only to simply fall by the way side for whatever reason. Throwing in the proverbial towel. That just makes me realize…

Younique Isn’t for Everyone

Younique is not a “quick buck” (or pound) sort of business. It’s a slow build, in my personal experience. Sure, I have heard that there are some uber-successful women who got to Black Status super-fast, but I suspect for every one of them there are 10,000 who aren’t.

Aiming for Black Status - Younique by TheaI am aiming for Black Level Status with Younique, but I’m taking the “slow and steady” pace to get there. My eye is currently on Blue, possible Green as soon as possible, but it will be a month or two before I get there, I suspect. At least.

While I’ve not found it hard to get team members, keeping them selling and motivated – seems to be where the challenge lies.

I have already had two team mates deactivate, and a few will go at the end of this month if they don’t reach their 125 PRS goals.

All you have to do to remain active as a Younique presenter is sell that 125 PRS (which is $125 or appx £85) every ninety days. That really shouldn’t be too hard to do for even the least sales-minded person….but it does seem to be a challenge for some people.

#JointheAteam

What I’d like right now is to find even just a handful of committed, business builders who will stop at nothing to achieve success. This is not an easy business, (I suspect no “Direct Sales” business is). I need people to join and who can weather the challenging, frustrating, depressing, moneyeless days with focus and determination. People who don’t let setbacks and negative people or thoughts take hold of them or sway them.

I have a few people on the team who will make something out of their business. They’ll work their way up the ranks but the vast majority don’t seem to have that as their goal.

Ready to become a Younique Presenter - #jointheAteamSo if you are someone who loves makeup, social media and the idea of running your own business then please feel free to #jointheAteam today! I would absolutely love to have you. Even if you’re only in it for the makeup and don’t want to build a business, you’d be welcome too. But the more people committed to the mutual vision, the more successful we will all be. Younique is a team thing!

My Week in Younique – March Madness

Kid in a Candy Store - Younique by Thea Collection
Click to buy Kid in a Candy Store: Younique by Thea

Well what can I tell you for this week’s My Week In Younique? March is in full swing, and the first person to get an order in was the lovely Marie! Well, if you don’t count my Kid in a Candy Store (pictured here) purchase for myself!…Marie sold several Lip Stains which is fantastic. Have you used a Lip Stain? I hadn’t. They are – Smudge-proof. Smoochproof. Worry- free. Sadly, I either left my lovely Lip Stain (from the Customer Kudos back in November) in California over the holidays, or I’ve lost it between there and here somewhere.

So frankly my new collection can’t come quick enough. Actually I was sorely tempted to buy the seven Stiff Upper Lip Lip Stains set!  That’s the danger of being a Younique presenter, I tell ya…I blogged about it this weekend already in “If You Love Makeup Don’t Become a Younique Presenter”. As I often say here, I was never a big makeupy person, before and, even I, am totally obsessed with Younique products. It’s crazy-addictive. You’ve been warned!

Thea A-Team Challenges

If you're on social media anyway you may as well #jointheateamWell I promised I would be as transparent as possible as I was documenting my first foray into Direct Sales (MLM) so here goes…I am delighted to have grown a pretty big company in a fairly short space of time. Though I hear other top level presenters talking about how many recruits they have made in just a few months, I do my best to not compare myself to anyone else. I have set my target to grow a big team and all my efforts almost are placed on that. I’m 100% committed to growing my team for a few reasons…

First reason, rather obviously, is that the only way to make any real money in this business is to grow a big team. When I first joined, I heard some stories about one Younique Sponsor having recruited 200 team mates, yet had 21,000 in her downline. When I heard that, I thought, “Ok, that’s my goal”.

Another reason to recruit is because it’s a numbers game in direct sales. Even in this short space of time, I’ve already had one person “drop off” my team because they didn’t qualify. There’s still time for them to re-qualify and they may do so, but what happens is, if you don’t qualify every three months, you’re considered inactive. You still have another 3 more months to get reinstated, so you never know, they may bounce back. In addiction to that one, I have a few more who will be struck off by the end of the month if they don’t miraculously sell their 125 PRS (personal retail sales – which is only around $125 – so 5 mascaras in any 90 day period is all you need to sell really).

I think I mentioned, in a previous blog, a stat that I heard in the early weeks of joining Younique, and that was “20% of your recruits will earn you 80% of your money”. I can see how that would be true or even is true in my case. Only about 20% of my team is doing anything at all. That tells me I need to grow a bigger team and ideally find more people like me (and my 20%) who want to build a proper business. Who want to put in the time to really make a living out of this. Hungry team mates.

Younique is NOT a ‘Get Rich Quick’ Biz

If you want to join Younique to make some fast cash, it’s probably going to disappoint you. It is work for most of us and frankly quite a lot of it! Thankfully I love it so much it doesn’t feel like work, but it’s been a lot of time invested into growing my business, learning as much as I can about the company and direct sales in general, making images to share on social media, blogging, etc. I see the past few months as sowing the seeds, and they’re starting to bloom. I’ve had my first enquiries through this very blog to join my younique team. One person private messaged me on Facebook asking to join! So all my work is starting to potentially pay off. I am happy to be a Younique sponsor to anyone anywhere in theReady to become a Younique Presenter - #jointheAteam UK, North America, Australia, New Zealand and Mexico too (Plus later this year Younique will launch in Germany too!) While I welcome absolutely anyone to #theAteam, as I say, I would specifically love to find dedicated and committed makeup lovers to join the team who want to make this a career!

To Cap Off My Week in Younique!

Black cap, Pink Shirt - Younique By Thea - branded merchandiseWell it’s about time to close for another week, but I will leave with one final, small promotional update…My two baseball hats and pink shirt arrived on Tuesday, I believe. They were made by a company down in England called the Cap Factory

I acquired several quotes for branded baseball hats in Scotland, and they were all coming in pretty expensive for one-offs, but not the Cap Factory. I got them £14.95 (embroidered) each, so I was pretty impressed. The shirt’s so pink it could stop traffic!

One minor complaint was that the bills on the hats are a bit big and wide, but to be fair, I had opted for clearance hats! It meant the quality wasn’t 100% ideal, but as I say, I would definitely order from them again and choose better quality hates!

If you’re looking for branded one-off hats, I recommend you speak to Wendy at the Cap Factory and tell her Thea sent you!

See you next week!

If You Love Makeup, Don’t Become A Younique Presenter!

If You Love Makeup, Don't Become A Younique Presenter! If You Love Makeup, Don’t Become A Younique Presenter!

A Blue Status Younique Presenter and Sponsor in Scotland…Because you may well end up being your own Number One Customer…Well, if you’re anything like me.

Here’s my personal experience of being a Younique presenter and sponsor of late…

I have discovered that Younique products are the makeup equivalent of coffee or for me as a non-coffee drinker, chocolate! (i.e. Totally addictive!!)

Less than six months in, I now have just about all the Younique products that we sell, I think.

Not all colours and shades, but all the products, brushes etc.  (PS: My favourite products are here!)

It’s not that cheap to get them all, let me tell you, but I have been strategic in my purchases and the Younique makeup collections are a great way to go!

My Past Week in Younique

Each week (or so), I do a blog called “My Week in Younique”. The MWY blogs started here and has grown on a weekly basis – documenting my experiences of being a Younique Presenter and Sponsor of a global team,…but this post today is a little different,…It’s about my feeding what, for all intents and purposes, I’d classify is a Younique addiction!

Love Buying Younique Products!Set of 4 Moodstruck Mineral Pigments

Danger danger! As February ended, all I want to do is shop on my own website. Again. So last weekend, because the sale price of the Moodstruck Mineral Pigment set of 4 (update now called Moodstruck Pressed Shadow Refills) – was going back up to its original price (after a catalog misprint last time), I had to buy them.

No, really, I did have to.

The Love it Bundle - Only on Sale in February

Also, even though I already had the makeup, I wanted the cute pink glam bag in the Love it Bundle that was only available during February, well, I had to buy that too.At least I wasn’t the only one who grabbed that cute offer… Younique mailed the other day us to say we sold:

“61,448 of them! That’s more than 2,000 a day…100 per hour…more than a bundle a minute, all month long!”

Fast forward to March. As it kicked off, as you may know, we came out with six new products, and as I didn’t have them, I had to buy them too. Rather aptly named, I purchased the Kid in the Candy Store Collection (no longer available but other Younique collections are always found here:)6newcollections

Do you see how being a Younique Presenter might be a challenge? As most of my friends will attest, I’ve never been a big “makeupy sort person” before joining Younique. (Frankly some old college friends at a New Year’s Eve party shared their absolute “shock” of my new venture because it was so “left field”.) Since joining Younique though. I admit, it’s become a total obsession! I guess as far as addictions go, it’s not a terrible one to have, but still…it’s an addiction none the less.

Yes the makeup’s great, and I genuinely love running my own Younique business, but it does sort of defeat the purpose when you’re running your own business, and seemingly all the money you’re making, you’re just investing back in your own company (e.g makeup collection). Or feeding your addiction! That’ what it feels like I am doing…at times!

My Younique Rationale?

Make your own Younique images - Shop Younique By Thea
Buy Younique Makeup direct in UK today – from Younique by Thea

Naturally, addictions aside, if you are going to run a business efficiently, you need to be knowledgable about all the products.

You have to be able to have them, show them, talk about the and, in this business, photograph them (sometimes even on yourself) so it’s pretty easy to rationalize all my makeup purchases each month.

BONUS? The fact that it’s a legitimate tax write-off only adds to the pure joy of running my Younique company. But if you’re a total makeup addict already, this is definitely not going to cure you of your addiction. In fact, you’re probably going to be even more guilty than me of being your own top customer…and hey, if that does describe you, then I’d love for you to #jointheAteam now! 😉

In summary, jokey blog title aside, I have no regrets at all joining Younique so far. Remember, there are much worse addictions out there, so you may as well join me now and have some healthy,Join Younique with Thea Newcomb #theAteam empowering fun playing with, and promoting, makeup across the globe! Right? 3D Fiber Lash Mascara UK – For Sale

Hello lovelies!!

If you’re based in the UK, and you’ve been searching for some 3D Fiber Lashes that you can get fast, then you’ve come to the right place!

Younique 3D Mascara UK - for sale in Glasgow & across the UKI do have some sets on-hand here in Glasgow. You see, I had ordered a bulk order for a Wedding Show in town last weekend, but because there was another Younique there also, downstairs, none were sold by me way up on the top floor. Pfft!!

So anyway, for those who need some fiber mascara fast, you can buy direct from me now — for a limited time only.

Just so you know, I am a genuine Pink Presenter – my Younique website is here.

You can choose to buy from me there, many people do each month…Or if you’re in a hurry, I sell them for free local deliver and a nominal S&H fee across the UK (£26 total).

Oh, and they’ll be with you in 48 hours!

While I know it’s tempting to buy cheap 3D Fiber Lash Mascara off Amazon or eBay – please, please, please don’t buy from anywhere other than a genuine Younique presenter. If not from me, then one of my Y-sisters who is local to you.

There are a lot of mascara fakes and knock offs  circulating the web.  I see these gals with their 3D mascara reviews saying “works just as good as the Youniques” etc – and hey that may be the case, I don’t dispute them, I’ve not tried them….but what are you putting on your eyes? Just because it works as expected, it’s only with real Younique mascara can you be certain they’re naturally-based green tea fibers, ok?

Younique's Love our 3D Fiber Lashes - and all our products - or your money backAgain please don’t risk it. You don’t have to buy from me but please find a legitmate Younique presenter to purchase from. Plus you will get the 14-day “Love it Guarantee”.

Honestly, I cringe every time I see the Younique knock-offs or copy-cat brands for sale. I really do. Because if you care what you put so close to your eyes, you only want to buy the original 3D Younique 3D Mascara for peace of mind.

So if you want to buy some of my spare Younique 3D mascaras – contact me today. Leave a comment below, tweet me or email younique at glatitude.co.uk…or you can even call me on 0141 416 1492.  I accept PayPal and in some cases BACs transfers. Again if you’re in Glasgow it’s FREE Local delivery and for the rest of the UK it’s and additional £3.00 so £26 in total (it actually costs 3.20 to send first class – FYI) So for this limited time, buying direct from me anywhere in the UK would save you £3.95. Don’t say I’m not good to you. Plus you’ll have it, as I say, in appx 48 hours – depending on when you order. (May even be 24 hours!! I do aim to please)

My Week in Younique – It’s all New!

My Week in Younique - It's all New!My Week in Younique – It’s all New!

Another exciting week (and month) has come to an end with Younique. My week in Younique has been a case of new team mates, new products, new catalogs, new collections (new bag!), new kudos, new territories, and, quite simply, some new adventures too!

Let’s start with the adventure first – or maybe that should be lack thereof.

3D Lashes for Brides?

Younique By Thea Pink HatYesterday was my first Wedding Show in Glasgow. I will admit to you I had actually thought it was happening next weekend, so I will admit to have been ill-prepared. I have finally managed to order 2 baseball hats (my trademark) and a very bright pink Younique t-shirt. They’re due mid-week. Whoops. This is not the color of the hat, I am assured it’s just a screen shot sort of thing – not unlike the Dress that did the rounds this week! (Which, by the way, I saw as white and gold)

Anyway, back to the event, I did have some make-shift business cards, a price list, a “help wanted” sign, and all our fabulous makeup with me which would have been fine except….

It seems there was some sort of mix-up, or over-sight, or whatever, and someone else showed up who was also a a Younique presenter. In spite of the fact that I was the first in the room to arrive, and I’d unpacked all my stuff already, I was banished to Siberia – or at least the top of the building! What this meant, was that by the time the would-be-brides and their family/friends made it up to me, they’d already seen Younique downstairs. In some cases they even purchased the 3D Lashes down there! Hey-ho-thems-the-breaks-sometimes…Lesson learned.

New Recruits

It’s a case of new products (more on that in a minute), new catalogs, new kudos and I am pleased to report new team mates. My newest recruit joins me from way down there in England. Ha! She’s called Kelly and is someone who’s read this very blog and decided to join Younique.

She’s my first English person and the first recruit I don’t know to #jointheAteam. Well Sammie, also a new recruit, is not someone I’ve met either,  but is the sister of a friend, so it felt like I knew her! 🙂 Anyway super jazzed to have Kelly join the team this week, and it’s nice to see someone who seems keen to create a business and foster team, like me. The more of those the merrier!

6 New Younique Products – Out Now!

6 new Younique Products - Younique By TheaLast month I blogged about the six new products that were about to be launched, and guess what, today they were! I am honestly so excited about some of them too – namely the Lip Stains (there’s a set of 3 and a set of 7!!), the Splurge Cream Eye Shadow and the Beachfront Bronzers.

Lucky for me there’s a collection that features all of the six new products called Kid in a Candy Store – and I just happen to have some Y-cash going spare.

The danger with being a Younique presenter is that you run this risk of being your own best customer! I think I fall into that category. Oh well at least I can buy makeup and it’s a legitimate tax write off! So that’s the upside right?

I am sorely tempted by the set of 7 Stiff Upper Lip Stains but that does seem a bit excessive. What do you think?

I’ve been having a good peruse of our new catalog – getting it loaded onto my ipad so it’s always at-the-ready

If you are considering some new makeup – the Younique collections really are a smart way to go!

New Territories – Race to Start

latina400We’re now taking pre-registration for Latina presenters – how exciting is that? I am hoping to recruit some lovely bi-lingual latinas who will come and #jointheAteam over the coming months. We will be able to start selling products into Mexico from May 5, 2015.

Here is a Younique FAQ compiled regarding the race to start recruitment of Latinas and selling into Mexico!

If you’re looking for a Younique sponsor, then look no further! Wherever in the world, I’d be delighted to welcome you to my Younique team – #jointheAteam here.

Get Real 3D Fiber Lashes From Me Now!

Moodstruck 3D Fiber Lash Mascaras - in Glasgow - Younique by TheaIt still burns me people selling Younique 3D Fiber Lash mascara on the likes of Amazon, Ebay, Craiglist or wherever.

I suspect in many of the cases they’re fake 3D mascaras as well.

There are two blogs I’ve written on this very subject – one is about the Real Vs Fake 3D lashes, and another one about transplanting gels that smell.

If you’re in the UK, and need a set of lashes fast, get in touch. I have some to hand (ones left over from yesterday’s non-event!) and will happily sell you the real 3Ds with a reduced shipping rate, and you’ll receive them in about 2 days.

Having bought a few of our collections, I also have a variety of our other products that I can sell you direct – saving you the wait and the international shipping fees! This is a limited time offer! So comment below, tweet me, call me or email me for more info!
